Welcome to voyAIge. By using our app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be 13 or older to use voyAIge. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos, journal entries, and other content you upload to voyAIge. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you — including using AI to help generate trip entries when you choose to use that feature.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not upload content that is illegal, that you do not own or do not have permission to use, that violates others' privacy (including photos of people in private settings without their consent), or that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

4. Location Data Responsibility

Because voyAIge reads location data embedded in your photos, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that location information. Do not upload photos that expose the location of others without their consent. You are responsible for any location data you contribute through your uploaded content.

5. Group Trips

When you participate in a group trip, your contributions (entries, photos, and pins) are visible to other members of that trip. You are responsible for content you contribute to shared trips. You may leave a group trip at any time, and your individual contributions can be removed at your request.

6. In-App Purchases

Some features of voyAIge require payment through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store. Subscription fees are billed by and payable to the app store provider, not directly to us.

7. Pro Version

The web-based Pro version of voyAIge may be offered as a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing terms will be presented before any purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. AI-Generated Content

voyAIge uses AI to help draft trip entries based on your photos and inputs. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-assisted content before publishing or sharing it.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep voyAIge available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

voyAIge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of voyAIge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
